Rockies DFA Michael Lorenzen, recall TJ Shook
The Rockies cut loose veteran pitcher Michael Lorenzen after he posted a disappointing 7.08 ERA in his first season with the team. Colorado is bringing up prospect TJ Shook from Triple-A, where the young right-hander has impressed with a 3.02 ERA and strong strikeout rate.
