Rockies falter in eighth inning, fall 2-1 to Braves
Colorado's bullpen was excellent in an emergency start, holding Atlanta scoreless through seven innings. But the Braves broke through in the eighth when a fielding miscue allowed two runs to score on Michael Harris II's double. The Rockies mounted a late rally but fell short, losing 2-1 and falling to 52-84 on the season.
