Eric Young Sr. finally got his chance to manage after a stellar playing career and thirteen years coaching in baseball's minor leagues. He came out of retirement to lead the Los Angeles Queens in the inaugural Women's Professional Baseball League season, bringing his underdog mentality and emphasis on transparency and team unity to the role.
