Rockies strike first, but some late-inning defensive weirdness allows Atlanta to prevail 2-1
Colorado's pitching was stellar through seven innings, but defensive miscues in the eighth inning proved costly as Atlanta rallied for two runs to win 2-1. The Rockies had scored their only run in the sixth on a Will Castro single, but couldn't hold the lead when outfielders made poor decisions on relay throws late in the game.
